Eric Price, President and Chief Operating Officer

Eric Price is President and Chief Operating Officer of John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. He began his 24 years of experience in the industry with custom homebuilding, and joined John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods in 1990 as a division vice president. In 1994, Eric became President of the Charlotte, North Carolina Division, where he led the city for eight years until he was promoted to President of the Heritage Division, based in Atlanta, in 2002. Eric is an active participant in his community and industry. He is a Residential Councilmember of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. In Charlotte, he served as Co-Chair of the Mecklenburg County Habitat for Humanity’s Enterprise Committee. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Eric and his wife live in Atlanta with their three children.
